7. A footballer fell in the field with severe pain in the knee joint. What are the

8. A 65 years old male patient presented with pain in the knee joint for the last
10 years, making it difficult for him to walk. On examination, he was found to
have swelling of both the knee joints & restricted terminal range of motion
with bilateral genu varum deformity. What investigations would you do and
what do you expect to find in them? How would you specifically manage
genu varum deformity?

found to have erythematous plaques with zones of hyposensitivity. Give the
