tinnitus in the left ear. She undergoes magnetic resonance
imaging of the brain, which demonstrates a 2cm mass at the left
cerebellopontine angle. Enumerating the differential diagnosis,

and unilateral, painful, pulsatile exophthalmos with reduced visual
acuity.

4. A 26-year-old man presents with pain in the jaw. An
orthopantomogram demonstrates a radiolucent lesion in the
mandible. Write the differential diagnosis using an algorithmic
approach while citing the key imaging findings for any 2 possible
conditions.

pulmonary embolus presents two weeks after giving birth with
severe headache, vomiting and drowsiness.
