  1. 65-year-old female presented with black discoloration of foot and numbness in lower leg. She was known case of type 2 diabetes mellitus and on oral hypoglycemic drug since 2 years. On examination there was ulcer on foot and blackish discoloration of skin with sharp line of demarcation between the normal and affected part of the limb. Limb Pulsations were not palpable. Blood report showed leucocytosis and RBS was 280 mg/ dl.
