with pink frothy sputum since one day, also associated few episodes of breathlessness
during night times. On examination ? tachypnea, tachycardia and hypertension noted.
Spo2 ? 90% and LV S3 on osculation

2. A 35-year-old woman presented with numbness and weakness of distal lower limbs and

this ascends over several days to involve the upper limb and associated with drooping of
the one eye. On examination ? bilateral weakness and loss of reflexes. No sensory or
bladder involvement
