b) What is misrepresentation? Distinguish it from fraud. [5]
c) Briefly explain the scope of Goods and Service Tax. [5]
d) Explain the concept of Business Ethics and discuss its advantages in brief. [5]
e) What is Cyber crime? Explain briefly different kinds of cyber crimes. [5]

2. Who is a promoter? What are the duties and liabilities of a promoter? [10]

6. What is a negotiable instrument? Explain the types of negotiable instruments? [10]

10. What is Electronic governance? Discuss electronic records under the Information
Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. [10]

11. Distinguish between ?Contraventions? and ?Offences? as per Information Technology
Act, 2000 as amended in 2008. Is hacking with the computer system an offence under
the Act? Discuss. [10]
