1. A man of 65 years complains of difficulty in micturition and occasional haematuria. On clinical examination and further investigations he was diagnosed to have malignancy of prostate. Give a brief account of lobes, capsule, glandular architecture of prostate and the role of its various drainage in bony metastasis. 3+3+3+3

   1. Which nerve is susceptible to the injury?
   2. What is the origin and distribution of the nerve?
