During the investigation she came to know that her photograph was clicked when she was changing the dress in the trial room at Omen Mall. Mr. Vaman had arranged a CCTV in the trial room. Case was filed against Mr. Vaman for circulating the photo on mobile. For what offense he is liable under IPC, 1860.
