- Discuss the constitution and powers of Criminal Courts under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

- What is the procedure prescribed for hearing of an appeal under the Code of Criminal Procedure?
- What is a charge? Explain the forms and contents of a charge and the procedure for alteration of it.
- Examine the meaning and purpose of 'arrest'. Discuss the rights of an arrested person.
- What are the powers conferred on an Executive Magistrate with regard to dispute relating to immovable property?
