  1. Ram Gopal and his brother Shyam Gopal are fighting on the Madgao railway station. Both are inflicting injuries to each other. At that time, an announcement was made that the train had arrived at the railway station. There was a stampede, and some passengers got injuries. A case is filed against both the brothers. For what offense are they liable?
  2. A thief, with the intention of robbing the jewels, cut the nostril of the victim. Unfortunately, the victim dies due to an excess of bleeding. A case is filed against A. A informed the court his intention was only to steal, hence, he is not liable for murder. For what offense is the thief liable?
  3. Dr. Rajeev, who is a cardiac specialist, gave his opinion to a patient who approached him with a cardiac problem. After careful examination and consultation with other experts, he informed the patient he could not live. The patient dies in consequence of the shock. A case is filed against Dr. Rajeev. He wishes to take benefit under general exceptions. Mention which exception applies in this situation.
