- b) A 38 year old man presented with painless lump on the right side of his neck. This is present for about 2 months and seems to be enlarging. He has lost about 4 kg. weight during this period. Simultaneously he has noticed generalized itching and night sweat. How will you proceed to arrive at a diagnosis? What are the differential diagnosis?
