- A pregnant lady with asthma is referred to the joint obstetric/ medical clinic for preconception counselling. How would we calculate her predicted peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR)? What advice should be given regarding pregnancy and asthma?
- A woman has congenital heart disease (tricuspid Atresia treated surgically) and pulmonary hypertension. Has come for prepregnancy counselling. What is NYHA functional classification? Discuss regarding the counselling to be done to her.
