-  A 56-year-old patient underwent per oral excision of oral tongue carcinoma and selective neck dissection. The post-operative pathology report demonstrated tumor size of 2 x 1.5 cm tumor with 4mm depth of invasion. The mucosal surgical margins were 6mm posterior, 7 mm medial and anterior, 2 mm lateral and 6 mm deep margin. None of the 36 nodes removed demonstrated metastasis. Pathological stage was pT1NO. How would you manage this patient and discuss rationale behind your treatment decision?
