Eamcet-2011 scheduled to be held on May 8 across the state will be postponed following the decision of the Election Commission on Wednesday to conduct polling for the Kadapa Lok Sabha and Pulivendula Assembly constituencies on the same day. JNTU-Hyderabad, which is conducting Eamcet, is expected to make a formal announcement on Thursday.
