HYDERABAD: With the Eamcet-2011 scheduled for May 8, the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) vice-chancellor DN Reddy has written a letter to the education department to give an exemption in the eligibility criteria for engineering courses.
As per the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) norms, a minimum of 50 percent score in (mathematics, physics and chemistry) in the Intermediate exams is essential for eligibility to engineering courses.
