HYDERABAD: Practical sessions of Intermediate Public Examinations, which is scheduled to begin in February, will take place with stringent checks for malpractices. Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) secretary has ordered for 150 checking squads to cover colleges where practical examinations will be held.
The decision was announced by BIE secretary, G Balaramaiah, following allegations about private colleges indulging in malpractices to help students.
The squads are expected to catch individuals, including students indulging in malpractices. Those caught red-handed will be debarred from the examinations, said BIE secretary in a media conference.
