New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting the Central Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2010 at 321 venues in 41 centers throughout the country on October 24, 2010.
Admission certificates to all candidates have been dispatched and letters of rejection stating the reason(s) for rejection have also been issued.
If any candidate has not received either the Admission Certificate or rejection letter, he/she may contact UPSC Facilitation Counter in person or on telephone during working hours. The candidates can also get information about their test venues through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) of the commission.
Information regarding venues of the examination is also available on the official UPSC website where eligible candidates who have not received the Admission Certificates can download the “Venue Information” and use it for appearing in the examination.
The candidates intending to appear in the examination using downloaded “Venue Information” are advised to reach the venue of their examination on the day of examination, with two identical photographs and proof of their identity such as identity card, Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Passport etc. otherwise they may not be allowed to take the examination.
