NOTE TO THE STUDENTS

Sub: – Certain doubts in the minds of the students – Clarifications – Reg.
Students are contacting and mailing to the University officials with several doubts on credits, issue of PCs etc. The doubts are clarified below.

The last date for applying for PC is only for those who are already eligible and who want the PC for Visa, for higher studies etc., where as other students can apply even after the last date. The students who have written the supplementary examinations can apply for PC after the declaration of results, if they are eligible. If the student has to write the supplementary examinations in October/ November to acquire the credits, they can apply after acquiring the eligible credits. The date of issue will be mentioned in the certificate.

Students are raising a number of doubts on credits. A student has to study all the subjects for 224 credits, but even if he gets 216 credits and passes all the compulsory subjects, then he is eligible to apply for PC. In the PC there will not be any indication of Fail. But on the concerned semester marks memo “Fail” will be indicated and also on Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM) “Fail” will appear for those one/two subjects.

I advice all the students to apply for PC if they have got 224 credits. If a candidate is in urgency to submit the PC for Visa, for higher studies then he/she may apply for PC even they acquire 216 or 220 credits, because that may not affect them.

Suppose a CSE student fails in Operating Systems and Computer Organization courses and applies for a PC, this may affect in getting a job An ECE student who failed in VLSI and DSP subjects may not get admission in M.Tech. in VLSI/DSP specializations.Similarly for other branch students.

Therefore if there is no urgent requirement for PC, it is better, the students pass all the subjects and take PC. The students have the option to apply for PC at any time if it is required. They have to apply through ‘Tatkal’ if they require it immediately.

    kakinada jntu is the warrest credits system, and also rules is not comfortable to students.
    i think hyderabad univeresity is the best.

    each time i have 1 backlog and when i am aapplying for revalution then i getting good marks in that subject i dont know where the problem araising
    and one more thing i want to know is the changes of marks afterr the revalution are corrected by you in the original marks list or we have to go for any approch for that.if so please say the process to enter my correct marks in the original marks list

    what the hell are this clearing all subjects for every student not possible some may be get pass by luck or containing stuff in their papers but some even don’t know what to right they just simply fill unnecessary content in paper and get pass and few people try to mention what they had read but that people surely get failed not only in regular but also in supply exam.I think JNTU-A and JNTU-H are far better than JNTU-K. why because they know how much the students are capable and how much stuff they are having.They even know what the problem going to araise if the student of b.tech fail in clearing all the subjects either in regular,supply or RC/RV.For that purpose they gave a chance of leaving 2subjects after completion of their b.tech 4yrs.The most important point they won’t even mention fail either in PC or CMM for the subjects that student had left or failed.By that the student may apply for any kind of job that is private or government.He can even do his job without any fail.But due this worst and worst rules of jntu-k student life gets spoiled.They can’t apply for any government or private job and they are not eligible for any kind of job interviews why because if the student fail in clearing last one subject after completion of his 4yrs b.tech surely he should leave it.If he leave then fail will be appeared on CMM and the student is not applicable to anykind of jobs or interviews whether he is having good skills.This is the way that jntu-k is following.Always college rules should be leable to students but the rules should not spoil their bright future.Kindly please open your eyes and take a right decision that which is the best among these jntu universities and leable to your child.Don’t spoil your child career by simply going flat to the college infrastructure or facilities etc.If you join in a college it should root of your bright future after completion of your however you should get job either you may get place in your college through oncampus or offcampus or government job or atleast eligible for higher studies like PG then surely you will be succeed.Think more than twice and thrice while you are going to join ALL THE BEST ………..!

      I am sorry to say, but there is no way it is considered at 60%. But these days there are many companies accepting 55%+ . Even TCS asks for 50% only.

      My advice is to do MTech and try to get some good percentage which is more likely.

      Yes you can apply for additional 8 marks and clear your subject. And 8 marks will be added in the case you can pass after leaving 2 subjects.

    Sir,
    I am a student of r10 regulation. I have 204 credits out of 208 and applied for provisional certificate and consolidate marks memo leaving one subject. But recently I got selected for a company. As per the company rules there should be no standing backlogs in btech. Is there any chance to attempt supply examination now. Please reply me sir. Its quite urgent.

    sir i passed all subjects upto 4-1 in single attempt but in 4-2 i failed in one subject but i didn’t got pc because my name is not there in the 1st and 2nd phase pc application list why ? i want pc

    Please let me know your suggestion and feed back over my critical situation.

    I am a student of R09 regulation 2012 in JNTUK , i have one only single subject as arrear in my Mtech 2nd sem, due to my helath issues am unable to attend examination in previous year, now is there a final chance to me to attend the examination conducted by university.

    Is final examination will be conducted for 1st semester and 2nd semester separately ??

    Please provide me you guidance, is am help less..?? or is there a final chance to me to write exam.

    Need a clarification about issue of duplicate memos I am (2006-2010)R05 student. 1st and 2nd year I write exams under jntu hyderabad my 3rd and 4th year I wrote under jntu kakinda… I need duplicate memos of first year Hyd or kakinda in both if universities which university issue these certificates.

    i did my btech 2017 with one back log.i wrote that exm .i got external 21 marks but my internal marks 9 marks total marks 30.but 0.15%grace marks added 6 marks then got 36marks.then pass marks 40.any chance to chanege my internal marks in my collage. please tell me sir

    Sir I am from Krishna District, I met with an major accident at the time of exams. Doctor advised me not to walk on steps, when i went to exam center with doctor certificate I requested college management to conduct exam for me in ground floor, but they didnt consider me they said to bring letter from JNTUK University.I cannot go to university with my leg, How my problem will solve Sir, how can I write remaining exams.
