RGUHS How to Apply Provisional Degree Certificate (Steps to Apply for PDC Online)
Steps to Apply for PDC Online.
1. Go to RGUHS official website and apply for PDC.
2. Login if you have already registered, else go to Registration Page.
3. Registration Page Fill up all the details
a. For those with Internship, their Internship details should be updated by the college.
b. On entering registration number, student details will be displayed along with the mobile number that is updated by college. Then click on Send OTP button. OTP will be sent to mobile number.
c. If mobile Number does not exist, then get it update through your college.
d. After receiving OTP, enter OTP and click on Verify OTP.
If you did not get OTP, then update the correct mobile number through your college.
e. After verifying your mobile number. if DOB and Email does not exist, get it update through your college.
f. If your mobile number is verified, then you can register by entering password.

a. Certificate is pending for Digital Signature/Hash Key Generation.
5. To Download the certificate
a. For the Candidates with Internship: The Certificate will be available after the verification of Internship from College & followed by Registrar Evaluation”™s Digital Signature.
b. For the Candidates Without Internship: The Certificate will be available after Registrar
Evaluation”™s Digital Signature.
6. Steps to validate/verify the digital signature on the document after downloading the Provisional Degree Certificate. (Note: Adobe Reader should be installed)
i. Open the document with adobe reader.
ii. The circled portion in the document indicates that the signature is not validated.
iii. Right Click on circled portion & click on validate signature.
iv. On Clicking Validate signature, a new window is opened. Click on signature properties.
v. Under Signature Properties, Click on Show Signer”™s certificate.
vi. Upon clicking show signer”™s certificate, a new window certificate viewer is opened, Click on Add to trusted Certificates.
vii. Click on OK button.
viii. Tick the Certified Documents under Import Contact Settings.
ix. Again, under signature properties, click on validate Signature.
x. The Digital signature is verified/validated.
7. Reset Password
a. After entering registration number OTP will be sent to registered mobile number.
There is only 3 attempts to reset password.
b. If your mobile number verified, then you can reset the password.
