    The Government of Andhra Pradesh is providing financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Class, Disabled, and Economically Backward Class students studying post matriculation courses on saturation approach to enable them to complete their education.From this 2011-12 academic year annual income limit of SC and ST students increased from Rs.1 lakh to Rs.2 lakh. Andhra Pradesh students Submission of Post metric Scholarship Applications for the Academic year 2011-12 for Renewal will be start shortly from July 1 to August 20th 2011 (Date Extended). Online Application in http://epass.cgg.gov.in/ Reimbursement of Tuition Fee in full for students pursuing post matric courses approved by the University/Board, sanctioned twice in a year i.e. September and March of the Academic Year. Maintenance charges or Mess charges are sanctioned every month. All the Students who applied in ePASS for scholarships (2009-10) and also renewal students of 2010-11 having SBI eZ Pay Cards/Lost the eZ Pay Card/eZ Pay Card Number and Account for which MTF sanctioned are different, are informed to confirm their eZ Pay Card details immediately, otherwise their MTF amounts cannot be released.

    * Students who belong to the categories of SC (including BC-C), ST, BC, EBC and DW (Disabled) having annual parental income of Rupees One Lakh or below.
    * Students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each quarter.

    Post Matric Scholarships will be drawn on the ePass website http://epass.cgg.gov.in all students who have been promoted to the next year by the college are  eligible to apply. They shall register for renewal of scholarship by logging into their accounts on the ePass website and furnish the following information.

    1) Income affidavit to be scanned and uploaded. (INCOME AFFIDAVIT IN Rs.10/- NON JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER DULY SIGNED BY RENEWAL STUDENT AND PARENT. NOTARY NOT REQUIRED).

    2) Marks copy of the final exam to be scanned and uploaded.

    3) Details of mobile phone to be furnished, students are encouraged to give their own mobile, if they do not have a mobile they shall give their parents and cloggiest relatives mobile number so that they can get SMS from the ePass website through the bank.

    4) Students must confirm the bank account shown on the website.

    5) Students shall enter the Ration Card number.

    6) Where students have been allotted an Aadhaar Card or UID number they shall furnish the details of the number.

    7) Students must confirm if they are continuing the same college and in the same course.

    8 ) All students are advised that if the information given above is not furnished such of those students will not be eligible for renewal of scholarships and application will be summarily rejected.

    9) Students are requested to ensure that the furnish all the details and complete the renewal by 20-0-2011 (Date Extended).

    These instructions may be scrupulously followed and wide publicity may be given by Welfare Officers and District Collectors in all public meetings, review meetings, press and media, briefing etc., so that the students can be encourage to complete their renewals from 1st July to 20th August, 2011 (Date Extended).

    Step 3: Fill all the details.
    Step 4: Take a Print out of the Application and follow the guidelines mentioned.

    Renewal Candidates also need to submit the income declaration form in the format available on the ePass website. You can download the form from the link http://epass.cgg.gov.in/downloads/IN…ATION_FORM.doc. The scholarship amount, if sanctioned will be directly credited into the accounts (SBI eZ Pay Cards Accounts OR Personal Bank Accounts) of students in the due process. The applications will be scrutinized at various stages and will be sent to final approval from the department of revenue, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Concerned colleges also have to furnish required details of students and follow the procedure for getting the scholarship amount of the students enrolled.

    Post Metric Scholarship :

    Post Metric Scholarship will be sanctioned to the Economically Backward Minority students whose parents/guardians annual income does not exceeds Rs 1 lakh per annum. The post metric scholarship will be sanctioned to the minority students of Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation and Professional Courses as follows:

    Eligibility Criteria :

    1. Post Metric Scholarship & Fee reimbursement will be sanctioned to the Economically Backward Minority students
    2. Whose parents / guardians annual income does not exceeds Rs 1 lakh.
    3. Fee Reimbursement will be sanctioned to all the Students irrespective of distance whose parents income does not exceed Rs 1 lakh on par with social welfare department.
    4. The Scholarship amount shall be disbursed to the students who put in 75% attendance in normal time

  • EAMCET 2011 :: Stages Of Web Counselling

    1.  Issue of Notification:

    The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education will issue a notification during June-July in news papers indicating the dates and ranks of the candidates to be attended for Registration, Verification of Certificates and Schedule for Exercising options and also notify the list of Help-line Centres. Candidates who fail to report for Certificates verification will not be considered for allotment of seats in any of the colleges.

    2.  Certificate Verification:

    Candidates should produce the follwoing certificates

    –   Hall ticket of EAMCET
    –   Rank Card of EAMCET
    –   SSC/ Intermediate or Equivalent marks memo
    –   Study/Bonafide Certificate from III to X Class and Inetermdiate (10+2)
    –   Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities (if applicable)
    –   Income Certificate issued by MRO issued after 01.01.2011 also be submitted (in case the candidate   –   desires to claim fee exemption).
    –   PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable)
    –   Transfer Certificate.
    –   Candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres after Verification.

    3.  Exercising Options::

    After Certificate Verification in Help-line Centres, a Blank Option Form, List of colleges, courses and their Codes will be given to all the Candidates. Based on the codes, Candidates have to write College and Course code for which they intend to join and it is advised to prepare such lists in consultation with their parents and friends. From out of that list Candidate has to prioritize and write Priority Number in the Blank Option Form which is essential to enter the options on the web. Candidates can exercise any number of options and can take print out if they desire. Help-Line Centres shall furnish the detailed procedure of Exercising Options.

    4.  Modification of Options and Freezing:

    Candidate can change his/her options any number of times during the allotted time. After allotted time for option entry, If the Candidate is not satisfied with the Options exercised, he/she can modify the options on the dates notified by the authority and this is final opportunity for exercising options.

    5.  Final Allotments of Seats:

    Final Allotments will be placed on the Web and the Candidates have to down load the allotment order.

    6.  Payment of Seats & Reporting at College:

    Candidates with downloaded allotment order have to remit the fee in one of the designated banks and obtain a receipt. Candidate with allotment order and fee receipts have to report at the respective colleges where the seat is allotted within the dates mentioned. If Candidate fails to pay the fee and report on the dates stipulated the allotment stands cancelled and candidate has no claim further on the allotment.
