  • Five lakh EAMCET applications on sale

    HYDERABAD: Several thousands of EAMCET-2011 applications have been sold just after two days of the commencement of the sale and the EAMCET office has already received nearly 50 filled-in applications.

    The EAMCET-2011 Convener, N.V. Ramana Rao has, said that about five lakh applications have been printed this year anticipating good response from candidates from outside the State also. Last year, about 50,000 candidates from other states wrote the test. With the number of engineering seats in A.P. crossing more than 2.5 lakhs, students from other States are seeing EAMCET as a better option.

    Prof. Rao said applications had been sent to the Head Post Offices, branches of Andhra Bank and e-Seva centres one week in advance this time.

    2.      The amount of Rs.200/- per candidate has to be retained by the college in case of regular exams and Rs.50/- per subject/ candidate in case of supplementary exams.

    3.      The Condonation fee is Rs.300/- per candidate.
