6) What is carboxy-haemoglobin? How can we find this pigment and what is its
importance?

SECTION-C
7) What is unstable haemoglobin? How is it different from abnormal heamoglobin? Discuss
various techniques to differentiate the two. Give their significance.
8) Describe biosynthesis of heme with its disorders.
9) What is the role of coagulation factors in forming a stable clot? Give a tabulated
classification of coagulation factors with site of synthesis, Vit K dependence etc.
