for 3 days followed by puffiness of face, more in the morning hours as soon as getting up
from sleep, abdominal distension and reduced urine output. No past history of similar
illness

2. A 12-year-old boy is brought to casualty with history of cough, breathing difficulty and
difficulty in speaking ?one day. On examination he has respiratory rate of 42/mt and
SPO2 is 88% and bilateral rhonchi present. He gives history of recurrent episodes of
cough and breathlessness and has been advised regular treatment to which he is not
compliant
a) What is the probable diagnosis
