Design a small cafeteria in a housing locality in Punjab. The design must be attractive,
climatically comfortable and people friendly (especially for the differently-abled, senior
citizens, women.)
Site is 15m ? 12m, approachable by 15m wide road, offsets ? front 5m, side 2m.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Kitchen + Store (+ provision for unloading of material) ????? 15 sq m
2. Indoor seating for 30 persons ???????????????.. 36 sq m
3. Outdoor seating for 20 persons
4. Counter for service and cash
5. Toilets + drinking water
6. Services like Garbage disposal, lighting
7. Parking for 10 two wheelers, 05 cars
