5. Mention the types of emulsions and explain the preparation of emulsion by
the dry gum method.
6. List out any four Latin terms, abbreviations and English meaning for
time of administration of medicines.

9. a) Adult dose of a drug is 420 mg. Calculate the dose for 9 years old child.

b) Prepare 250 ml. of 40% alcohol from 66% and 10% alcohol (alligation method).
