housing?
Q2. Discuss the role of public sector viz a viz private sector for housing delivery in Indian cities.
Q3. Elaborate upon the policies/programmes/strategies of GOI for housing finance for slum
dwellers.
Q4. Write a critical essay on housing related problems and solutions in India. Are the solutions
really paving a way for combating the critical housing issues?
Q5. Why are housing surveys required? What are their types?

Q7. Explain the merits and demerits of institutional framework for housing delivery in India.
Q8. Write, draw and explain the basic housing norms and standards for a EWS colony of 50
