5. Draw diagrams wherever necessary.

1. Define pneumonia write the etiopathogenesis type gross and microscopic feature
of pneumonia.
2. Define meningitis write organism causing meningitis. Describe CSF finding in
pyogenic and tuberculous meningitis.

pathogenicity, Clinical features, and Laboratory diagnosis of HIV.
2. Define Sterilisation, Disinfection and Antisepsis. Enumerate principles, and
specific use of Dry heat and moist heat sterilisation methods giving appropriate
examples in Health care institution.
