1. What are the roles and responsibilities of a clinical pharmacist on day to day basis in a tertiary
care hospital? Discuss in detail the protocol and importance of Drug utilization review
programme of a hospital.
2. a) Explain. How would you assess acute myocardial infraction with the aid of laboratory
investigations?
b) Define anemia. Discuss the laboratory assessment of Anemia.
