6. Give synthesis of nalorphine. Comment on endogenous opioid peptides.

8. Describe structures of ?-blockers clinically approved for the treatment of hypertension.

9. What are ACE inhibitors? Name any two prodrugs which act as ACE inhibitor along with
structure. Discuss their clinical applications.
