Define coastal zone and Enumerate the classification of coastal areas as per
the CRZ Amendment Notification, 201 1.
Critically examine the constitutional obligations imposed on the State and Citizens
under Part IV, to prevent and control environment.
Examine the composition and remedies to control water pollution under the Water
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
Enumerate the provisions and remedies mentioned to protect environment under
law of torts.
Answer the fotlowing :
a) Role of judiciary and Noise Pollution.
b) Art. 21 and environment.
Elucidate criminal law provisions and remedies for environmental problems laid
down under Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
Explain the models of Environmental Impact Assessment and mention which
mode of EIA is followed in India.
Explain the following :
a) Powers of SPCB under Air Act, 1981
b) Functions of SPCB under Air Act, 1981.
Discuss the classification of forest and mention the provisions to conserve
forest under forest legislation.
Mention the role played by the judiciary in the protection of wild life and animal
articles in Indian scenario. ?
