doesn?t allow ?lling her pen. Anyhow Ms. Priya managed to ?ll her pen from the same inkpot.
Has Ms. Nandini committed any offence?
b) A an English citizen committed theft of Rs. 50,000/ and some anicles on board of English ship
lying at Mumbai Port. The ship was approximately 12 mm from the port. A?er committing the
crime he escaped to State of Goa. He was arrested in Goa and a case was ?led against him before
the trial court at Mumbai. Is he liable?
c) A intentionally pulls up a women?s veil. Here A intentionally uses force to her, he did that act
without her consent intending or knowing that his act may likely cause injury, frighten or annoy
her. Mention the offense committed by A in this situation.
