After committing the crime he escaped to State of Goa. He was arrested in Goa and a case was filed against him before the trial court at Mumbai. Is he liable?
    3. A intentionally pulls up a women's veil. Here A intentionally uses force to her, he did that act without her consent intending or knowing that his act may likely cause injury, frighten or annoy her. Mention the offense committed by A in this situation.
