- Explain facts though not in issue is so connected with the fact in issue so as to form a part of the same transaction and therefore relevant.
- Discuss motive, preparation and previous or subsequent conduct as relevant facts under the Indian Evidence Act.
- State in detail facts which show state of mind or body or bodily feelings when their existence is in issue or relevant.
- Discuss confessions to police and its relevance under the Indian Evidence Act.
- Explain when statement made to third person are relevant when it relates to cause of death.
- State when judgments of courts of justice are relevant.
- General rule is that opinion or belief of a witness is irrelevant state the exception to the said rule.
- Discuss in what cases character is relevant.
- Oral evidence in all cases must be direct. Explain the rule with exceptions.
- Discuss the general rule of Burden of Proof.
- The rule of estoppel is based on the principle of equity and good conscience. Discuss.
- Explain in brief who can testify as witnesses under the Indian Evidence Act and state whether an accomplice is a competent witness.
