1 . Explain the special rights and privileges of tenants under Goa Agricultural Tenancy
Act, 1964.
2. What is the procedure for termination of tenancy by landlord ? State the purpose
of such termination under Goa Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964.
3. Discuss the right of tenant with regard to improvements made by him on tenancy
property under Goa Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964.
4. What are the various grounds of eviction under GDD Buildings (Lease, Rent and
Eviction) Control Act, 1968 ?
5. What are the obligations of the landlord to tenant under the provision of GDD
Rent Control Act, 1968.
6. Explain the powers of Controller and Appellate Board under GDD buildings (Lease,
Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968.
7. What is the procedure for conversion of use of land from one purpose to another
under Land Revenue Code, 1968.
