scheduled two days later. Her past medical history include hypertension, diabetes, left
ventricular hypertrophy and asthma,
Suggest one medication for management of her medical conditions and describe a
detailed pre-operative management for madam Y . Post operatively, there was
difficulty weaning madam Y from ventilator. What are possible cardiac and pulmonary
causes and explain post operative inpatient physiotherapy treatment for madam Y .

2. A 56 years old male diagnosed with COPD, referred for physiotherapy with the chief
complaints of breathlessness and productive cough.
How will you differentially diagnose the problem on the basis of your assessment.
Explain the advanced physiotherapy techniques used to reduce breathlessness.
