UNIT-I

b. Tenders and their types.
4. Discuss in detail the valuation and then describe various valuation method.

UNIT-II
5. Write a short note on the following :
a. Articles of agreement.
b. Role of assessor in an architectural competition.
6. Discuss the salient features of the ?code of conduct? for the profession of Architecture.
7. Explain various technical terms of valuation. Also enumerate and define various purposes
for which valuation is needed.
8. Discuss the role and responsibilities of a client after he has engaged an architect for a
project.
