SECTION-A
1. ?The Board of Directors of a company can do all such acts and things and exercise all
such powers as the company itself may do and exercise?. Comment.
2. Discuss the provisions relating to appointment and re-appointment of managing director.
Can a managing director act before obtaining the approval, if any, of the central
government.

SECTION-B
3. ?Growth of industrial sector at a higher rate and on a sustained basis is a major
determinant of a country?s overall economic development?. Comment and discuss the
features and objectives of IDRA 1951.
