3. Explain in detail with the help of sketches how inappropriate road design results in
causing accidents in urban areas? Suggest suitable remedial measures. (12.5)
4. Elaborate the importance of public transport in urban areas and also discuss in detail the
relationship between public transport system and the urban form. (12.5)
