examination, he had generalized lymphadenopathy and purpura over his trunk.

What is the probable diagnosis

2. 14-year-old girl came with upper abdominal pain and repeated vomiting. She was recently

noticed to have polyuria and weight loss. Examination revealed fruity odour in the month
apart from severe dehydration.
