4. Raghu, 36 years old construction worker gives history of fall from height of 20 feet, 3 weeks back. He is diagnosed as D10-D burst fracture and treated with stabilization with trans-laminar screw and plate fixation 2 wks back. He now complains of paraparesis, stiffness in the lower limb muscles with difficulty in voiding the urine. He is married with 2 children and is the only bread earner of the family.
