sudden onset slurring of speech, and had facial droop on his left-hand side with
weakness in his left side upper and lower limbs. His wife spotted these sudden onsets
of symptoms and immediately called for an ambulance, which arrived within 15 mins
and rushed him to the Emergency room of a hospital.
