- Though Dicey's Rule of Law blocked the progress of Administrative Law in U.K, It is well accepted today that Rule of Law in fact supports Administrative Law - Discuss. (8)
- Discuss the problems of administrative adjudication and provide suggestions for rectifying the same. (8)
- Discuss the ways in which parliament exercises control over delegated legislation. (8)
- Explain the extent and scope of Special Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court under Article 136 of the Constitution in correcting quasi judicial errors. (8)
- Explain the significance of classification of administrative action and analyse the characteristics of a quasi - legislative action and how it differs from quasi- judicial and administrative action. (8)
- Discuss with relevant case law, the judicial control over administrative discretion at the stage of exercise of discretion. (8)
