(d) T-group training as OD technique. - Explain the values and assumptions about people in OD and examine their implications in dealing with the individuals and groups in organizations.
- Describe traditional techniques of organizational development. Explain any two of these techniques with advantages and disadvantages.
- Explain the basic components of OD programme. Describe the factors that are considered while managing the OD process.
- 'Sensitivity training is the most controversial OD intervention'. Do you agree? Give reasons for support of your answer.
