42,982 ICET Seats still Remain Empty.

As many as 21,681 MCA seats and 21,301 MBA seats were vacant after the allotment list for the second phase of Icet counselling was announced on Thursday. Students who were allotted seats should report at the colleges by November 5. The due date for cancellation for admissions is November 5.
