    PROGRAM INFORMATION

    I) M.Tech in Signal Processing JNTUH, India and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering with Emphasis in Signal Processing by Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden.

The master?s programme provides a quality education along with the potential to work with advanced technology in Industry and research. The branch emphasizing signal processing is mainly focused on adaptive and acoustic signal processing. Industrial applications such as noise and vibration control, speech coding, speech enhancement, image processing, etc. are emphasized.

II) M.Tech in Software Engineering by JNTUH, India and M.Sc in Software Engineering by Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden
Many products today contain software, even in areas and applications where it is not visible at a first glance. Even domains that have historically been hardware domains are now shifting towards software-intensive products. There is thus an increasing need for professional software engineers. A professional software engineer is to develop software according to a certain specification, with a specific quality, on time, and on budget.

This need is recognised by the Master?s Program in Software Engineering at the Blekinge Institute of Technology, one of the oldest and well renown master?s educations in software engineering in Sweden and the JNT University Hyderabad, India one of the modern and high profiled university with strong research group in Software Engineering. Accordingly, we focus our education on teaching professionalism and realism.

Professionalism means not only that we teach an engineering approach to difficult subjects such as project management, quality management, requirements engineering, and verification and validation, but also more technical orientation in courses such as systems engineering, software architectures, and software product lines. Realism means that we train our students for a reality dealing with large scale market-driven software development, where things are not always done by the book.

We put high demands on our students, and expect them to be able to relate their own experiences to state of-the-art research and literature, as well as current industry practice. We mix lectures where the students are expected to be active with seminars, assignments, industry case studies, and a critical reviewer of others? work. The teaching staff consists of active researchers and industry practitioners, which ensures the goals of professionalism and realism, but also that of relevance.

The Master?s program consists of advanced courses, primarily directed towards ?real? software engineering. The courses are classified in three different tracks:
    ? Software Development
    ? Technical Management
    ? Business Management

Master?s Thesis, Research Methodology, Requirements Engineering and Verification and Validation are mandatory courses. In addition to these, we have a wide range of software engineering and computer science courses to select from in order to justify your specialisation
III) M.Tech in Telecommunication Systems by JNT University Hyderabad, India and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering with Emphasis in Telecommunication Systems by Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden.
The branch emphasizing Telecommunication systems is mainly focused on networking issues related to the Internet. Important protocols, System evaluation methods as well as current trends and problems in the context of Mobile and Broadband communications including safety issues are discussed. Example of important courses: Modern Techniques of Networking, Mobile Services, Network Security, Network Management, Simulation, Wireless Personal Area Networks , Telecommunication Systems, Software Development for Telecommunication Systems and etc..
