    Sub:                    Conduct of 1st Phase MBBS Supplementary Theory Examinations during

    October – 2019.

    Ref:                     R(E)/DR-I/Pre-Exam/Theory/UG-MBBS & BDS/June-2019/01/2019-20,

    dated 14.05.219

    The 1st Phase MBBS Supplementary Theory Examination will be held from 01st October 2019 for MBBS course.

     

    Schedule for compliance of the institutions

    1. Date of Issue of Application forms to the colleges 04.09.2019
    2. Last date for payment of Examination fee by the students 16.09.2019
    3. Last date for submission of filled Application Forms by the colleges to the University 18.09.2019
    4. Last date for payment of examination fee by the students with fine of Rs. 100/- upto 21.09.2019
    5. Last date for payment of Examination fee by the students with fine of Rs. 200/- upto 24.09.2019
    6. Last date for submission of filled Application Forms (with fine) by the colleges to the University 26.09.2019

    I. Last date for Online Submission of Internal Assessment Marks [Statement of Internal Assessment marks of both regular & repeater students].

      Note: Submitting Freezed Hard copies of IA Marks to  
      RGUHS is Mandatory. Copy of the same must be kept under safe custody of the Principal and should be produced on demand by the University.  
    11. Submission Freezed Hard copies of I.A. Marks with a 27.09.2019
