5. What are the rights of an unpaid seller? What are his rights? Discuss in detail.
UNIT-III
6. Explain the law relation to negotiable instruments. Explain the position of minor, agency
and legal representative in this regard.
7. Discuss in detail the discharge and dishonour of Negotiable Instrument.
UNIT-IV
8. Can a minor be admitted to a partnership? If so, discuss the rules governing his rights and
liabilities.
9. What do you mean by Consumer Protection? What are the various types of Consumer
Exploitation?
