used to assess the causality of an adverse drug reaction.
2. Explain the significance of clinical biochemistry in the diagnosis of diseases. Discuss the cardiac
markers and their relevance in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
3. Describe the applications of various clinical pharmacokinetic models. Add a note on
physiological determinants of drug clearance and volume of distribution.
